Michael Wrase Project Coordinator Mike Wrase has been working in foodservice facilities planning since 1994. His experience includes extensive work on gaming industry food and beverage facilities in addition to schools, business and industry, university and healthcare projects. Mike is involved with preparing CAD documents including equipment plans, design details and mechanical/ electrical spot connection plans. He coordinates projects with manufacturers, architects, engineers and building code officials, and he helps monitor project time schedules and submittal deadlines. During construction, Mike continues with project coordination, problem resolution, shop drawing review and inspection of the equipment installation.
