Michael S.Westendorf Senior Project Manager Mike Westendorf has worked in foodservice facilities planning since 1994. He has been involved with a wide variety of foodservice facilities including schools and colleges, business and industry, healthcare and other institutional projects. Mike is responsible for directing our drawing preparation; developing design details; and coordinating our work with architects, engineers, code officials and manufacturers. He has a great interest in, and aptitude for, the engineering and construction phases of the project.
