Trish Jass Senior Equipment Specialist Trish Jass has been working in foodservice facilities planning since 1992. Her previous experience includes work as a branch manager for the Hobart Corporation. She has been involved in a variety of projects including the gaming industry and their restaurants and buffets, schools, business and industry, and healthcare. Trish is an excellent internal company and client resource for researching equipment and finding the best equipment for special situations. She helps clients with information about equipment and with resolving equipment problems. She is a key person in our constant communication, coordination and fact-finding with equipment manufacturers and Owners. Trish also prepares cost estimates and equipment specifications.
