Christine M.Guyott, RD, LD Project Manager Christine is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Her experience includes work as a Healthcare Specialist for a broadline foodservice distributor. She helped healthcare clients with cost containment, menus and other opportunities for enhancing their foodservice operations. Other experience includes work in school, university, healthcare, and restaurant foodservice operations. Christine has excellent communication skills and is very good at working with clients to coordinate plan details and equipment requirements. Christine has a Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Science from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and completed a Dietetic Internship at St. Mary’s Hospital, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
