We work as a member of your planning team. For each project, our team members consist of a team leader, project manager and an operations consultant. The team leader helps develop the facilities design, oversees the schedule and budget, and coordinates our work with the project architect and owner. The project manager is our primary communicator with the architects and engineers, supervises the drawing work within our office and monitors the equipment installation. Our operations consultant is responsible for the functional program, equipment selection, helping with design details, and follow through after the facility opens. The size of our organization allows us to create teams whose expertise matches your project.

Our project team works with you to identify alternative solutions, provide reliable quality and cost information, and offer expert recommendations. The final decisions are yours.
